- •Pipe corrosion reducing interior pipe diameter
- •Mineral buildup restricting flow in hot water lines
- •Partially closed or failing pressure reducing valve
- •Municipal supply changes or nearby construction
Recommended Steps
- 1Check if low pressure affects both hot and cold supplies
- 2Ask neighbours if they have similar pressure changes — could be municipal issue
- 3Check pressure at hose bib (before PRV) vs inside taps (after PRV)
- 4Compare pressure readings with several months ago if available
