Yes. A large part of our work is subcontract locating and scanning for excavators, concrete cutters, plumbers, electricians, engineers, builders, directional drillers, utilities and landscapers. We provide the marking, depth and documented plan your crew needs to work safely and on schedule.
How quickly can you attend a site?
We schedule to fit your project timeline. Contact us with your site, scope and target date and we'll confirm availability — we understand locating cannot be the thing that holds up your dig or cut.
Do you provide documentation for our project records and liability protection?
Yes. Every locate includes surface marking and a written locate plan with depths, confidence levels and exclusion zones — documentation that supports your safe-work records and protects you in the event of a dispute.
Can you cover both buried utilities and concrete scanning on the same visit?
Yes. We carry both EM locating and GPR equipment. On a single mobilisation we can locate buried site services and scan slabs or walls for embedded hazards before your coring or cutting.
