Drone Commercial & Industrial Site Inspection Across BC
Aerial thermal surveys of large commercial roofs, tanks, pipes and infrastructure
About This Service
Industrial and large commercial sites have expansive roofs, buried utilities, above-grade piping and infrastructure that is impractical to inspect at ground level. A drone thermal survey covers the entire site in a fraction of the time of a ground inspection, mapping moisture on flat-roof sections, identifying heat loss on insulated process pipes, locating hot-spots on electrical enclosures and confirming the ground trace of buried utility leaks.

Frequently asked questions
Can you inspect multiple buildings in one visit?
Yes. Large campuses are well suited to drone surveys — a single flight day can cover multiple buildings that would take weeks by conventional means.
Are there restrictions on flying over industrial sites?
We hold appropriate drone operator certification and plan flights under Transport Canada RPAS regulations, coordinating with your safety team for any site-specific restrictions.
Do you inspect the inside of buildings too?
The drone inspects exterior envelopes and roofs. For interior leak detection, our ground-based thermal and acoustic teams complement the aerial survey.
